This article is meant for iPhone users. If you're using Android, you can find the app by searching for its name in the Google Play Store.
The notification "You've already redeemed this offer" indicates that you've previously used your code to download the iOS app.
If you've previously downloaded the app and want to get it again, you can easily find it in the Purchased section.
Just follow the steps below to download the iOS app:
- Open the App Store;
- Tap Updates at the bottom right;
- Tap Purchased;
- Tap
next to the mobile app to download;
- Once the download is complete, tap

- Log in with your email address and password.
If you'd like to download the app on another iPhone with a different Apple ID, you'll need to generate your redeemable code again. Please reach out to your Network Administrator for a new code.
