How do I change my primary email address

The primary e-mail address is used to login to the network. Should you want to change your primary e-mail address, please complete the following steps:

Via Computer:

1. Login to your network or login.speakap.com;
2. Click on your profile picture on the top right of your screen;
3. Click on Personal Settings;
4. In the next screen, select the menu option Contact;
   
5. Add your e-mail address below Alternative email addresses;
6. Click on the Edit button below Primary email address;
   
7. Click on Send Confirmation mail;
   
8. Click Done and confirm your new e-mail address via the e-mail which has been sent to you;
   When you have confirmed your new e-mail address, a new internet page will open and a pop-up will appear:
   
   
9. Click on Edit below Primary email address;
   
10. Click on Make primary to change the primary e-mail address
