How to remove a Business Unit from your network

WARNING: Please note that if you remove a Business Unit, then all the local departments under it, including their content, will be permanently deleted as well. This is irreversible and the content cannot be recovered. We strongly recommend checking the content in both the Business Unit as well as the Local Departments under it before removing a Business Unit.

1. Login to your network or login.speakap.com;
2. Click on your profile picture on the top right of your screen;
3. Select Organization Settings 
4. Lookup the Business Unit within the search field;
5. Click on the gear wheel which appears when hovering your mouse over the name of the Business Unit;
6. Select Remove

7. You will be asked to confirm whether you want to remove the Business Unit. Once you click "Remove", the Business Unit, plus all the local departments under it, including their content, will be permanently and irreversibly deleted as well.

8. A confirmation notification of the Business Units' removal will be shown in the upper right hand corner
