Spotlight for Compass allows you to an overview of the activation levels and the engagement of your users at any given time. It might be helpful to compare the users that are most engaged with the ones that have lower engagement rates to identify specific areas of interest.
To facilitate your experience and offer you an all around more efficient tool, we introduced an enhanced data filtering, which will allow you to go more in depth with your exploration of your company’s activation and engagement levels.
While previously it was only possible to select business units or groups, the new filtering system allows you to view data for your local departments and groups alongside business units.
The new filtering options are as follows:
- You can select all business units
- You can select a single business unit and view all underlying local departments
- You can select all groups
Where can you find the new filters?
In the Spotlight page in Compass, you will see the filtering option right at the top of the page in the filtering bar. You can select between All business units, All groups, and the Business units option which will allow you to pick between the local departments of said business unit.
