This diagnostics feature helps you identify any problems and figure out why notifications might not be reaching you.
For Android Users:

Open the Speakap Android app on your smartphone.

Tap the gear icon located at the top-right corner of the screen to access settings.

Select Notifications from the menu.

Tap on Push Notifications to view the settings.

Then, press Push Notifications Diagnostics to check if notifications are functioning correctly.
For iPhone Users:
