Before installing the marketplace application, your IT or HR systems administrator must complete a vital data-mapping requirement within your automated User-Sync setup:
- Unique ID Alignment: The unique employee identification code configured from your HR system into Speakap must be identical to the one used to identify that same employee inside Awardco.
- The Role of the XID: Speakap utilizes this shared unique identifier as the user's XID.
