Have you activated your account?
Before you are able to login, you have to activate your account. You will receive an invitation per e-mail or SMS with a green "Join now" button, which will redirect you to the activation page.

Are you using the right username?
Entering the right username is essential for accessing your account, obviously. This can also determine whether you should use the standard/alternative login or that you should be redirected to your company's SSO login environment.
Please feel free to get in touch with Support via support@speakap.nl to confirm your credentials, stating your full name and the company you work for. -
Are you entering the right password?
If needed, you can request a password reset from the login page using the "Forgot password" button and your primary email address.
Are you sure you positively checked above items, but are you still unable to get access to your account? Please get in touch with Support via support@speakap.nl stating your full name, the company you work for, the credentials you want to confirm and a screenshot of the error you are receiving. We will get you logged back in as soon as possible!
