1. Birthday visibility on Speakap
When your network is configured to show birthdays, your upcoming birthday will automatically be displayed to other network users. However, this only happens if you have actively filled in your birth date within your personal profile settings.
2. How to hide your birthday
If you prefer to keep this information private and do not want your birthday shown anywhere on the platform, you can simply remove the date from your account.
- Navigate to your Personal settings (accessible by clicking your profile picture/name in the top right corner).
- Click on the General tab.
- Locate the birthday field and delete your entered birth date so the field is empty.
- Save your changes.
Once deleted, your information will instantly be removed from any birthday widgets or network celebration notifications.
