1. Have you activated your account?
Before you are able to log in for the first time, you must activate your account.
- You should have received an invitation by email or SMS containing a "Join now" button.
- Clicking this button will redirect you to the activation page where you can set up your account.
- If you have not received this invitation, please consult our separate support article on missing invitations.
Troubleshooting Tip: If you run into a problem while trying to activate your account, please try using an incognito or private browser tab to complete the process.
2. Are you using the correct username or email address?
Entering your exact username or email address is essential for accessing your account. This identifier also determines whether you should use the standard login screen or if the system needs to automatically redirect you to your company's custom Single Sign-On (SSO) environment.
- Check with HR/IT: We highly suggest reaching out to your company's HR or IT department to verify the exact email address they have on file for you. It frequently happens that the email address you use on a daily basis (an alias) is slightly different from the official master address your HR team registered in the system.
- Confirm with Support: If you cannot reach your internal HR team, please feel free to get in touch with our Support team via support@speakap.nl to confirm your account credentials. Be sure to clearly state your full name and the company you work for within your message.
3. Are you entering the right password?
If you have successfully activated your account and are utilizing the correct email address but your password is still not being accepted, you will need to trigger a reset.
- Case Sensitivity: Please note that passwords are strictly case-sensitive. Double-check your Caps Lock key before proceeding.
- Self-Service Reset: You can request a password reset link directly from the main login page by clicking the "Forgot password" button and entering your primary email address. Note: forgot password may not be visible when SSO is being used
4. Still unable to get access?
