Summary: This guide gives you step-by-step instructions to change your Speakap interface language on desktop web browsers, iPhones, and Android devices.
On your computer (web browser)
You can change your language preference directly in your account settings on the web:
- Log into your network (https://name.speakap.com).
- Click your avatar, then the gear wheel (Settings), then Personal Settings.
- Click Preferences in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click the dropdown menu next to Language.
- Select your preferred language from the list. Your interface updates automatically.
On an iPhone (iOS app)
By default, the Speakap mobile app follows the primary language of your iOS device. You can change the language for the Speakap app on its own, without changing your whole phone's language:
- Open the system Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down to your applications list, tap Apps, and find Speakap.
- Tap Language under the Preferred Language section.
- Select your preferred language.
On an Android device
The Android app follows your device's system language. To update it, adjust your Android system settings:
- Open the system Settings app on your Android device.
- Scroll down and tap General management.
- Tap Language and input.
- Tap Language and choose or add your preferred language to the top of the priority list.
