Summary: This guide shows you how to update your personal details, including your name, job title, contact details and language preferences. It covers the desktop web browser and the Speakap mobile apps for iOS and Android.
On your computer (web browser)
- Log into your network (https://name.speakap.com).
- Click your avatar, then the gear wheel (Settings), then Personal Settings.
- By default, the settings window opens on your Notifications tab. Click General in the left-hand navigation menu.
- In this tab, you can change your core personal details, such as your first name, last name, job title, birth date and language preferences. You can also update your physical address, phone numbers and email addresses here.
On an iPhone (iOS app)
- Open the Speakap app on your iOS device.
- Tap the menu icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select Settings (if you do not see it right away, scroll down to the bottom of the list).
- Tap Change Profile.
- Update your information and tap the checkmark/save button to apply your changes.
On an Android device
- Open the Speakap app on your Android device.
- Tap the menu button in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
- Select Settings from the menu options.
- Tap Personal Information or Contact Information to pick and change the details you want to update.
