This article explains how to send a 'download the app' link to your iPhone from your computer. If you want to download your app from your iphone, please follow this guide.
Please note: To download the app via the download link you will need to have an appleID and be logged in your App Store account.
Follow these steps to download the app from your computer:
- Login to your network or https://login.speakap.com/
- In the main screen find this widget (colors may change according to the branding colors that you chose) Click on the Download for iOS button.
- If your app is set up for multiple countries you will find an extra menu to select the country. Please select your country and your email address Fill in your email address and click Send download link to send the download link to your email;
Now you will have received an email with the invitation in the specified address.
Note: The redeemable code can be requested once. If you've already redeemed your code, please remember that you can always download the app again using the same Apple Store account by following these instructions. If you need to use the app in a new Apple Store account, please click on 'Request a new code'. - Open the email on your iPhone;
- Tap on the Download button. You're now in the App store;
- Tap on Redeem to redeem your code in order to download the app;
- Tap Open to open the app.
