Using the global search bar, users can swiftly find specific files by entering relevant keywords such as the file name. The search results will display files uploaded in Business Units, Local/Global Departments, and Regular groups to which they have a membership.
Additionally, you can also view all files that have been uploaded to public environments, such as profile timelines, network timelines, and public groups.

please note: External users can only view and find files uploaded in Business Units, Local/Global Departments, and Regular groups to which they have a membership.
How to create a folder or upload a file:
- Login to your Speakap network;
- Click on Files in the main menu;
- Click on the + button on the top right of the screen in the Network tab and choose Upload Files or Create folder;
- When you have created a folder, you will be prompted to add a name, press the Enter button on your keyboard to Save.
When you upload a file, you will be able to choose the file from your Computer directory, click Open to upload the file.
Removing folders or files:
- Login to your Speakap network;
- Click on Files in the main menu;
- Click on the + button on the top right of the screen in the Network tab. Select one or more files or folders and click on the arrow on the left side of the + button. Choose Remove
- After clicking on Remove, a pop-up will appear to confirm the removal of the folders/files.
