Resending or Deleting Invitations

1. How to Resend or Delete an Invitation

If an employee cannot find their original onboarding email or if an invitation was sent by mistake, you can modify the pending invite using the following steps:

  1. Log into your company's Speakap network.
  2. Click on the gear wheel icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Select the Network Settings category
  4. In the left-hand navigation menu, select Invitations.
  5. Locate the specific user's pending invite.
  6. Hover your mouse pointer over the gear wheel icon next to the user's name to reveal the actions menu.
  7. Select either Re-send or Delete from the pop-up options depending on your objective.
  8. Make sure to ask your employee to check their spaminbox and if needed add noreply@mail.speakap.io as a ‘safe’ sender
