When you have a new iPhone and you want to download Speakap again, you can follow the below steps.
The reason you cannot use the same steps as when you downloaded it for the first time, is because the redeemable code can only be requested once and is linked to your Apple ID.
So if you've already redeemed your code, you can find it in your Purchased section! This is how you can find it:
- Open the App Store app.
- Tap the sign-in button or your photo at the top of the screen.
- Tap "Purchased"
- Tap "Not on this [device]."
- Find the app that you want to download, then tap the download button.
