I haven't received the 'reset password' email

Speakap sends secured emails to people. Sometimes these emails may end up in your Spam folder.

In case your reset password email has not been delivered to your Spam folder, please check the following:

Checklist

  1. Check if your email address is correct
  2. Check your Spam folder;

If the above is checked and ok, please add our email address "noreply@mail.speakap.io" to your contacts / safe senders of your email account.

After doing so, send the password reset email again.
