I haven't received the 'reset password' email

Speakap sends secure emails to individuals, but occasionally these emails may be mistakenly categorized as spam and end up in your Spam folder.

If you haven't received the password reset email in your Spam folder, please go through the following checklist:


  1. Verify that your email address is correct.
  2. Check your Spam folder for the email.
  3. If you've completed the above steps and haven't found the email, please add our email address "noreply@mail.speakap.io" to your contacts or safe senders list in your email account settings.

Once you have taken these steps, please try sending the password reset email again.
