Discover all your uploaded files effortlessly within Speakap via the Files Section or via the group timelines such as Business Units, Local/Global Departments, and regular groups.
Using the global search bar, users can swiftly find specific files by entering relevant keywords such as the file name. The search results will display files uploaded in Business Units, Local/Global Departments, and Regular groups to which they have a membership.
Additionally, you can also view all files that have been uploaded to public environments, such as profile timelines, network timelines, and public groups.
