The author of a news article is able to see how many views an article had and who has read the article. Here is how you can check the views on a news item:
- Search for your article in the News homepage
- Go to the bottom of your news item, next to the reactions, you will see the views icon with the count right next to it.
- If you click or tap on the eye icon, you will see a window showing you a list of users who have read your article. If you tap on 'Unread', you can also easily check out who in your network still has to open the news item.
Pro tip: If you are sharing very important information in a news item, and want to make sure recepients have read it, you have the option of making your news item acknowledgable.
