Editing a Launched Journey

Made a mistake or want to add something? No worries, any journeys that you have launched can be easily edited. Most of the edits made are applied in close-to real time.

Remember: just as you cannot create a journey on mobile, you are also not allowed to edit or delete one, you should do so on web.

You can edit by clicking on a previously launched journey.

  • You can edit the title, audience selection, cover image, and color of the Journey by clicking on the three dots in the right corner of the title banner.
  • By clicking on the little pencil on the right side of the relative step banner, you'll be able to change the content and title of a step.
  • It is possible to add a step by selecting the "+Add Step" button in the top right corner above the existing steps.
  • You can also change the step order by clicking on "Change step order".
  • Lastly, you can delete a step by clicking on the trashcan icon on the right side of the relative step banner.

Changes to participant progress will only be affected if a step is added or removed. So if you make changes to step content the progress for the end user will not be reset. If you are making a lot of changes to content we suggest that you remove the existing step and add a new one. 

We also suggest that you make any content changes first and audience changes last as this will ensure the best possible experience for the participants. 

Deleting a Journey

To delete a Journey just click on it in the Admin Panel, select the three dots in the right corner of the title banner. Here you will find the option to "Delete journey".
