Being able to organize company wide events and notifying everyone at the same time is no small feat, Speakap helps you to make sure everyone is aware of the experience you are planning and keep a count of who will be attending!
You will see an Event you are invited to on your feed and you can find the Events feature in the left side menu.
On the post itself, you are able to confirm your attendance or decline, as well as select ‘maybe’ and come back to the post when you are sure about your participation. You can also check which one of your colleagues will be attending by either tapping on the event itself, or reaching the post through the left-side menu Event homepage.
Here, click on the user icons you see in the Event, and a window will pop up where you can navigate between those who will be attending, those who declined, the ‘maybes’ and the complete list of everyone invited.
When posting an event, make sure you always remember to select the correct audience, and assign the correct time and date before you post!
