I am unable to download the app on my iPhone

If you run into any trouble with downloading the Speakap or your company's app on your phone, just take a look at our checklist and you'll have it up and running in no time!

  1. Do you have an active Speakap account?
    You will need this to access the network both before and after downloading the app.
  2. Are you logged into your Apple ID account, and do you have both the App Store and iTunes installed?
    Another requirement to download the app.
  3. Have you installed the app before on this or another iPhone?
    Some apps can be downloaded using a Redeemable code, which is linked to your Apple ID. If you have used this code before, you can download the app using the steps in this article.
  4. Did you receive a download link from your company?
    Depending on the kind of app your company uses, you might have received a download link in your email. If not, please proceed to 4.
  5. Can you request downloading the app from the network?
    Please follow the steps in this article to do so!
