Filters and Sorting in Tasks

For both web and mobile the filtering options are in a bar at the top of the page, above the task list.

Select the filtering option you are interested in and pick the relevant filter. Most often you will be presented with a drop down list that you can sort through either manually or by typing what you are looking for.

All filters have the option to be cleared in the top right corner of the respective drop down list.

Keep in mind that filters are different between the My Tasks window and the Admin window.

My tasks filters:

  • Created by

With the Created by filter, you can easily create an overview of all the tasks assigned to you by one or multiple colleagues.

Select one or more assignees and the list of tasks will automatically update to all of the tasks created by the users selected. You also have the option, which is the default one, to select all.

  • Status

By filtering by the Status of tasks, you can select between Open and Completed (with All being the default option that includes both). Open tasks are all the ones that still need to be marked as completed. By selecting Completed you will see old tasks you are done with.

  • Tags

The Tags filter will allow you to sort all tasks that are under the same tag.

Select one or more tags and the list of tasks will automatically update to all of the tasks created with said tag. You also have the option, which is the default one, to select all.

  • Due date

The Due date filter gives you the option to select a window of time you are interested in. By picking between Within a week, Past 3 months, Past 6 months, Past year, or customizing the window yourself you will be shown all the tasks that are, or have been due in that time period. You also have the option, which is the default one, to select all.
