FAQ - When we change a user's email address / username in our HR system, will it also change in the network?
When you need to change a user's username or email address, the first step is to check if they have an SSO account or if they log in the alternative way.
If your user has an SSO account, just update their IDP login in your HR system, and the change will automatically be reflected during the next scheduled sync. It's that simple!
For users who log in the alternative way, you can either provide them with this manual so they can change their email address themselves, or you can reach out to Support at support@speakap.com with their old and new email addresses, and we'll take care of it for you!
