Posted an update but realized it needs some changes? No worries! Once an update is posted, you still have control over it as the author: you can edit, delete, and lock the update. Plus, you also have the ability to update the notifications settings.
To edit an update click on the three dot menu of the post in the top right corner. Select the editing option, and make the necessary changes: it’s as easy as that!
If you realize you need to delete the update you posted, simply select the delete option in the three dot menu in the top right corner of the post.
You will need to confirm this action to make sure you don’t delete something necessary by mistake. Note: Deleting an update is permanent. Once deleted, the content cannot be recovered by you, a network administrator, or Speakap Support.

As an admin, or post author you will be able to not allow any more comments or reactions under a post, but still make sure the post shows the previous interactions. This “freeze” of an update’s status is easy to enact by selecting the locking option in the three dot menu in the top right corner of the post.
