Getting Started with Speakap

  1. Check whether you can access Speakap    
    - If you cannot access Speakap, whitelist the Speakap domains

  2. Create groups in Speakap

  3. Invite users to Speakap     
    - Set the right user roles and permissions

  4. Encourage new users to activate their account and complete their profile

  5. Post content to your network    
    - Post a News Item if you want to create a push notification to all users     
    - Use a pinned update to keep a post at the top of everyone's timeline    
    - Create an events and invite people    
    - Migrate content from other channels into Speakap with a content strategy
