Summary: Learning and onboarding are visual by nature. Journeys support a custom cover image, embedded pictures, videos, and file attachments in your steps. This guide covers the cover image setup and the Journey-specific upload limits.
Cover image
A tailored banner gives your Journey a professional look right away.
- How to add it: When creating or drafting a Journey, click the camera icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Required dimensions: Your image must have a precise resolution of 490x175 pixels.
- What happens if it doesn't fit: If your file doesn't meet these dimensions, a warning error appears in the top right corner of your screen.
Journey upload limits
When a step needs extra context, you can add files directly to the step content. Two limits apply within Journeys:
- Maximum count: Up to 100 attachments in total within a single Journey.
- Maximum file size: Up to 256MB per file for individual media and document uploads.
Supported file formats
Journeys accept images (JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF), videos (such as MP4, MPEG, MPG, WMV, AVI, MOV, and WEBM), and documents (PDF, XLS, DOC). SVG vector files and web code files like HTML cannot be uploaded as images.
